The Office of CEPD, Faculty of Medicine has updated its Disclosure Policy and Declaration Form to reflect changes recently introduced in its new Policy on Sponsorship from Commercial Sources of University of Toronto Accredited Continuing Education Activities. Faculty and Planning Committees are now expected to identify and fully disclose any potential conflicts of interest covering relevant relationships within the last five years (versus 3 years stated in previous policy).
