CPD Website Transformation – A Note From the Vice Dean

Welcome to our new home. This transformation of the CPD site is part of our closer alignment to the University of Toronto brand and reputation and highlights our recent name change to Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine.

More importantly, we’ve used this opportunity to refresh our website with content, design and feature technology adapted to our key users: healthcare professionals who wish to find out about and register for any of the over 300 CPD courses we offer each year, and the Course Directors who create those courses and want to know more about the accreditation, management, services and online tools available through CPD.

We’ve also brought events and research into the foreground with event search and registration functionality front and centre, and used the latest responsive design technology so all content is multi-device and multi-platform compatible.

Lastly, the new CPD site is the central platform for the network of websites within the CPD Portfolio including CPD Research, Innovations + Education (i+e), and the Standardized Patient Program (SPP). We’ll be sharing content, tweets, links and connections across this network, so you’ll be able to find out more about us when you want, where you want. Enjoy.
