CPD is excited to announce it is adopting a new registration system effective March 8th. The new system, Destiny One, is a learner-centric platform that was built from the ground up to serve the unique needs of non-traditional learners. The platform helps continuing education offices provide world-class customer service for programs and conferences through streamlining processes and allowing for enhanced customer engagement. It is used by leading CPD offices across North America and by the School of Continuing Studies and OISE at U of T.
As part of the implementation process, learners will notice that registration for upcoming programs and conferences will be closed from 10:00 am on March 3rd to 11:59 pm on March 7th. Notification about the closure has been sent via e-mail to members of the CPD mailing list and posted on program and conference sites.
Our team of IT specialists is supporting CPD to ensure a smooth transition to this new platform. Check back on March 8th to test drive the new system.
