Dr. Suzanne Zinck

Dr. Suzanne Zinck is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Dalhousie University and practices child and adolescent psychiatry at the IWK Health Centre, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She works both at the Maritime Outpatient Psychiatry in the Bipolar Disorders clinic & at the Halifax branch of the IWK Community Mental Health Clinic where she practices general child psychiatry and also sees youth as part of the IWK Transgender Health Team. Dr. Zinck received her medical degree from Dalhousie University in 1998, then trained in psychiatry at McGill University and completed a fellowship in child psychiatry at the MUHC-Montreal Children's Hospital in 2005. At Dalhousie University, she teaches and supervises medical students, pediatric residents, psychiatry residents and fellows in child & adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Zinck also supervises psychiatry residents learning CBT skills.
