*Proof of status in the form of official letter on institutional letter head must be provided at time of registration.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Early Fee will be available until 2359 on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. All registration fees are subject to 13% HST<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/h2>\n

Cancellations will be accepted until Friday, January 26, 2024<\/strong> and are subject to a processing fee of $60 plus applicable taxes. Refunds will not be processed after this date.<\/p>\n

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to facmed.registration@utoronto.ca<\/a>. Registrations are not transferable.<\/p>\n

The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded; however, the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
