Refunds will not be processed after this date.<br \/>\nRequests for cancellation must be made in writing to <a href=\"mailto:facmed.registration@utoronto.ca\">facmed.registration@utoronto.ca<\/a>. Registrations are not transferable.<br \/>\nThe University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation.
