Participants successfully completing this program will be presented with a certificate from the Department of Family and Community Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto based on:

• Participation in all five weekend sessions – Friday nights, all day Saturday, Sunday morning.
• Completion of all assignments
• Participation in four mentoring sessions
• Payment of tuition in full by August 31, 2023
