Fees<\/h2>\n

$2,930 + 13% HST CAD ($3,310.90 CAD), including materials<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Registration is a Two-Step Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Application:
    \nAn application deposit of $500 + 13% HST is required. Applicants will be provided with a link to a questionnaire upon payment of the deposit. Applications will not be considered until this questionnaire has been completed.<\/li>\n
  2. Successful applicants will receive an email with instructions to pay the balance of the registration fee within 5 days. Payment in full must be received by the program start date.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Those not accepted<\/u> into the program will receive a full refund of the application deposit.<\/p>\n

    All payments are due by credit card. Receipts of payment are issued by e-mail only.<\/p>\n

    Enrollment is limited to 32 registrants.<\/p>\n

    All cancellation fees are subject to 13% HST.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to facmed.registration@utoronto.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Registrations are not transferable.<\/p>\n

    The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded; however the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
