Linda recognizes talent, skill, and knowledge in people. She has an ability to get the most from dental teams and is an expert in case presentation, account receivables, scheduling, and other services essential to success in the dental field. Linda continually strives to help her clients achieve their vision and get the best returns on their investments.
Linda is a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, and a Continuing Dental Education instructor at the University of Toronto. She is a Certified Training Practitioner and recently was certified in the KOLBE assessment of unique ability. Linda has completed many courses in leadership, mediation, and case presentation, and received certification in adult education through St. Francis Xavier University

Cassandra “Cass” Paolella joined the Hill Kindy team in 2013, and quickly became the driving force behind the company’s client support and marketing activities.
Today, as part of the Heaps & Doyle team, she is responsible for management, process improvement, strategic planning and development, and other essential functions in central Canada. Having acquired her Real Estate License in 2014, Cass is dedicated to her clients, and has a considerable understanding of the marketplace, allowing her to facilitate win-win practice transitions.
