Important Registration Notes
- Registration must be followed up by a letter from supervisor, advising of status on institutional letter head. Proof of status will be required at time of registration badge pick up.
- Registration fee applicable to additional personnel outside the committed sponsorship level, please refer to the sponsor prospectus for further information.
- The Oncoplastic Workshop on April 5th has been filled; Learners who wish to take the Oncoplastic Workshop will have an opportunity to take the course at the Canadian Breast Surgery Symposium on June 24th (registration is separate from the Update in General Surgery). All registration fees are subject to 13% HST
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after February 27, 2017. A processing fee of $150 (plus 13% HST) will be retained on all cancellations.
Registrations are not transferable.
The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events canceled by the University will be refunded; however the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
