Building Our Future is the focus for the 4th biennial Indigenous Health Conference. Topics include youth leadership, life promotion, suicide prevention, murdered and missing Indigenous women, determinants of health and Indigenous ways of knowing. Through this conference we hope to facilitate cultural humility among health care providers working with and for Indigenous Peoples and to nurture the future leaders in Indigenous healthcare.

We are pleased to welcome your abstract submissions to this interdisciplinary conference where we will bring together Indigenous Peoples, health care providers, researchers and experts in the field who are working to address the huge health disparities between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Peoples by examining the evidence and creating dialogue to improve the understanding of healthcare needs.
