Abstract submissions are now closed.
If your abstract is accepted, you (and your co-presenter(s), if applicable):
- Are expected to register, pay & present at the Conference
- Must pay all expenses to present and attend the Conference (e.g., preparation of the poster, registration fee, travel, hotel, etc.)
Correspondence will be with submitting author ONLY.

- Call for Abstract Submissions Opens: Thursday, October 12, 2017
- Call for Abstract Submissions Closes: Friday, January 19, 2018
- Notification of Acceptance: Week of March 5, 2018 (subject to change)
- Presenter Response: Friday, March 23, 2018
- Conference Dates: May 24-26, 2018
