Summary

Aamjiwnaang First Nation is situated near the Sarnia-Lambton “Chemical Valley”, an industrial complex of refining and chem- ical companies. This has resulted in poor air quality, chemical spills and other environmental events. Residents of Aamjiwnaang are concerned about the health impacts of these environmental exposures. In past decades, Aamjiwnaang has been involved in over 20 research studies, including air, water, ani- mal and food analyses. The aim of this project is to consolidate these data to describe a more complete account.
