All registration fees are subject to 13% HST<\/p>\n<h2>Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>Cancellations will be accepted until <strong>Wednesday, November 6, 2019<\/strong> and are subject to a processing fee of $60 plus applicable taxes. Refunds will not be processed after this date.<\/p>\n<p>Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to <a href=\"mailto:facmed.registration@utoronto.ca\">facmed.registration@utoronto.ca<\/a>. Registrations are not transferable.<\/p>\n<p>The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation.
