The registration fee includes access to the electronic version of the Pallium Palliative Pocketbook.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p>Cancellations will be accepted until <strong>September, 24, 2025<\/strong> and are subject to a processing fee of <strong>$60<\/strong> plus applicable taxes. Refunds will not be processed after this date.<\/p>\n\n    <p>Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to <a href=\"mailto:cpd.programs@utoronto.ca\">cpd.programs@utoronto.ca<\/a> .<\/p>\n    \n    <p>Registrations are not transferable.<\/p>\n\n    <p>The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation.
