Online cohorts are held across two-days, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm (30-minute lunch) each day. Both in-person, and online workshops have pre-workshop readings and exercises, in-session required activities and post-workshop application to practice exercises. Pre- and post-workshop exercises are required.
