T-CAIREM AI in Medicine Conference – Ideas to Impact (Posters)

Congratulations on being accepted to present a poster abstract at the T-CAIREM AI in Medicine Conference at the The InterContinental Toronto Centre 225 Front Street West Toronto, Ontario M5V 2X3 on October 12 and 13, 2023.

Your physical poster will be on display for only 1 day of the conference. Poster viewing times are during lunch (and reception on the Thursday).

It is mandatory that all speakers and presenters submit a completed conflict of interest form. As per accreditation requirements, those who fail to submit will not be permitted to present.

Every presenter must complete the Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.

2 Preparing your Poster

Patient Confidentiality

All presentations must comply with patient confidentiality agreements. Patient names should not be used, and images must not contain identifiable features (e.g., institutional location of scan, date of scan, patient date of birth, MRN, photography that shows facial or other identifiable features etc.).

Poster Size Requirements

The maximum space allocated for posters is 6 ft wide by 3 ft high.

Posters look best when its measurements are smaller than the poster board (i.e. smaller than 6 ft x 3 ft)

Velcro/pushpins will be provided to attach your poster to the board

3 At the Conference

On conference day, please check in at the registration desk with your poster number.

Poster Setup Time: During Registration & Breakfast (7:30-8:30 AM)
Poster Takedown Time: October 12 after 5:45 PM or October 13 after 3:30 PM

Presenters are expected to be by their posters to answer questions during viewing times. Please see viewing times and full conference agenda.
