Welcome
This year’s symposium will bring together leading voices in anesthesiology to explore how quality improvement strategies can shape safer, more effective preoperative care. We plan to explore key areas including patient safety, crisis response, pediatric anesthesia QI, and optimizing OR management—from block room coordination to ambulatory site operations. Join us as we examine practical approaches to enhancing care delivery, improving team communication, and driving meaningful change in the OR and beyond.
