Dr. Daniel Gorman
Dr. Daniel Gorman is a child psychiatrist in the SickKids Neuropsychiatry Program, and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. He is also the Chair of the CACAP Research and Scientific Program Committee. His clinical and academic interests include Tourette syndrome, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, child psychopharmacology, and psychiatric education, and he has contributed to Canadian guidelines on the treatment of tic disorders and on cardiac risk assessment before the use of stimulants. He is highly involved in teaching and supervising medical students and residents, including his role as the Director of the Advanced Child Psychopharmacology course at the University of Toronto.
