A limited block of rooms is being held at the Delta Hotels Saskatoon Downtown, at the conference rate of $179-189 CAD single/double occupancy (plus taxes). Rooms at the conference rate are available until the bedroom block fills or January 12, 2024, whichever occurs first and include complimentary guest room Wi-Fi. Book early to avoid disappointment.

CPEN Nurse & Canadian Pediatric Endocrine Subspecialty Resident/Fellow Accommodations
CPEG is pleased to maintain its support of fellows in training and our nursing colleagues by offering three (3) nights* of accommodation to out-of-town fellows and out-of-town active CPEN nurses at the Delta Hotels Saskatoon Downtown (depending on availability of two beds). You will be asked during the registration process if you require accommodations and if you have a roommate in mind. Do not contact the hotel directly if you fall under these categories as CPD will complete the booking for you. The deadline to submit the request for accommodation is January 8, 2024. We cannot guarantee availability of free accommodation after this date.
This support is only available to out-of-town CPEN Nurses and Canadian Training Pediatric Endocrine Subspecialty Residents/Fellows. Non-Canadian trained, non-Pediatric Endocrine subspecialty, and medical students do not qualify and will be responsible for booking their own room.
*CPEG is offering up to three (3) nights of accommodation to out-of-town fellows who are attending the Fellows Symposium on Thursday, February 8, 2024 (begins at 9:00 AM).
CPEN Travel Reimbursement
Travel is not included in the registration fee. For out-of-town active CPEN nurse members, CPEG has committed a travel reimbursement of up to $500/nurse. Please refer to the travel expense claim form which will be emailed to you.
