Advanced MIS Skills Workshop
This interactive half-day course is designed for practicing surgeons looking to increase their advanced laparoscopic skills, focusing on intracorporeal suturing and anastomosis. The first part will feature video didactic lectures on a variety of laparoscopic bowel resections and anastomosis techniques. The second part will provide one-on-one coaching for the participants and gives an opportunity to practice intracorporeal anastomosis and suturing on a dry lab model.

Advanced Endoscopy Workshop
This interactive half-day course is designed for practicing surgeons looking to increase their polypectomy skills. The first hour will feature didactic lectures on basic and advanced polypectomy technique. Following this is a two-hour hands-on skills lab. The lab will provide participants an opportunity to practice under the guidance of expert endoscopists using both dry and porcine models. We will cover use of surgical energy, submucosal lifting, snare techniques, defect closure, hemostasis and more.
