Program Leader

Leading this certificate program will be Andrea Wojnicki, MBA, DBA, renowned executive communication coach, speaker, and podcaster. Andrea earned her Doctorate in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where her research focused on consumer psychology and interpersonal communication.
Andrea has shaped the future of healthcare through her service on the North York General Foundation’s Board of Governors for over 6 years. During this time, she also chaired the Development Committee for 4 years.
Andrea created Talk About Talk to help ambitious executives catapult their careers by improving their communication skills through one-on-one coaching, corporate workshops, and online courses. She regularly shares her thought leadership as an Inc. magazine columnist and as the host of the popular Talk About Talk podcast with over 150 episodes and counting.
