The Foundational knowledge on anti-Black racism course provides staff an understanding of the histories, causes and outcomes of anti-Black racism in Canada. This course aims to raise awareness, educate learners and provide a foundation for future learning opportunities.

This course presents the steps to initiate and maintain treatment with buprenorphine extended-release (bup-XR), including review of pharmacology and efficacy, as well as who can benefit from this medication. Current evidence as well stakeholders perspective included in the course. A case study is included offering opportunity to apply concepts covered in the course.
