State Key Laboratory of Cardiovascular Disease
Fuwai Hospital, National Centre for Cardiovascular Disease
Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Pekin Union Medical College, China

Dr. Wang Xin has contributed to the field of cardiac surgery for more than 20 years. In the last 20 years, he has done more 2,000 cardiac operations and taken part in more than 3,000 cardiac operations including all kinds of cardiovascular surgical procedures available. At present, he can finish all kinds of cardiovascular surgery independently with less than 1% mortality.

Recently, he has contributed to the cure of ventricular aneurysm after large area myocardial infarction and its related mechanism research to help the survival of coronary artery disease patients. As for primary malignant cardiac tumors patients, surgery can increase the survival of these patients and we protect many patients from cardiac tumor.
