Interested in Supporting CCYC?

We invite you to partner with us in hosting the 5th Annual Canadian Children, Youth and Communities (CCYC) In | Equity Conference online from October 29-30, 2025.

The Canadian Children, Youth and Communities (CCYC) In | Equity Conference is an interdisciplinary conference designed to bring together health care providers and clinicians, community agencies, and health partners to discuss the impact of various social determinants of health and inequity on the well-being of children, youth, and communities.

Through a highly interactive and multidisciplinary conference format, we shine a spotlight on ideas and topics specific to children and youth from vulnerable and marginalized communities in the Canadian health care system. Our goal is to share effective approaches that are actively addressing systemic inequities in health from birth to adolescence and removing barriers to health care access.

Supporter Benefits:

  • Access to over 200 health care providers and clinicians, community agencies, and health partners from across Canada
  • Build partnerships with a national, multidisciplinary network of professionals conducting groundbreaking and innovative work tackling health inequity experience by vulnerable and marginalized populations from birth to adolescence
  • Support the advancement of health equity in marginalized communities in the Canadian Health System to build a better future for our children, youth and communities
