Exhibit Times:

Breakfast, Lunch, AM and PM break, for timings please visit congress program.

Exhibitor Name Badges:

Please submit names of your representatives through the Exhibitor Representative Form to ensure company representatives have their badges ready for pick up at the conference.

Please complete representative registration by Friday, September 15, 2023.

Shipping and Handling:

You may choose one of the two alternatives:

  1. You may ship conference materials no later than Friday, September 22 to:

  2. Your staff may bring your booth material at the designated set-up time.

Return Shipping:

Please provide your presentative with your preferred completed courier forms. Representatives are responsible to arrange their return pick up and freight. Your courier instructions should not the following pick-up address:

Please note that any material not picked up by Monday, October 2 will be subject to be recycled and or disposed.

Set-Up:

Tuesday, September 26, 0700-0800 hours

Exhibits will be on the second floor of the Peter Gilgan Centre for Research and Learning. Please visit the University of Toronto Registration Desk for the location of your designated exhibit space at the time of set up time and badge pick up.

Every booth will have a 6ft draped table, two chairs and one electric outlet; please remember to bring an extendable power bar.

Tear Down:

Friday, September 29, 2023, no later than 1200 hours.
