Summary

We describe the efforts of the Windigo First Nations Coun- cil (WFNC) Working Group (WG) to address gaps in health systems and data, through a partnership and planning process involving multi-stakeholder collaboration to develop Commu- nity-Based Emergency Care (CBEC), a prehospital care program in five remote Indigenous communities in Northern Ontario.
