The standard program fee is $795 plus HST.
Withdrawals
Requests for withdrawal must be made in writing to mrk.cpd@utoronto.ca. Withdrawals are subject to the following deadlines and conditions:

| Four weeks or more prior to start date | Full refund, less $100 plus HST administrative fee |
| Two to four weeks prior to start date | 50% refund |
| Less than two weeks prior to start date | No refund |
Transfers
Requests to transfer to another available date must be made in writing to mrk.cpd@utoronto.ca. Registrations are not transferable between individuals. If a transfer request is approved, any subsequent withdrawal request would not be eligible for a refund. Only one transfer request, per learner, will be approved. Requests to transfer are subject to the following deadlines and conditions:

The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events canceled by the University will be refunded; however, the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
