All PowerPoint presentation slides should be in 16:9 aspect (i.e. widescreen) and not 4:3 aspect (the old standard).

• Log into your ZOOM account and start a new meeting.
• To capture your slides, click the green “Share Screen” button in the control bar at the bottom.
• When you’re ready to start, click the “Record” button at the bottom of the meeting window.
• When Zoom is recording, you will see a small red dot at the top left of the meeting window.
• When you are done recording, click the “Stop Recording” button in the control bar and then click “Leave” at the bottom right.
• Go back to your online ZOOM account and choose “Recordings” from the menu on the right.
• Choose the proper meeting, and from the ‘More’ drop-down menu, download the meeting onto your computer.
