Exhibitors Parking Passes
Should you require parking at the MTCC, you may place your orders at www.mtccc.com/order. Parking passes get delivered to exhibitor booths during the move-in. The tickets are only needed when exiting the garage. The Early bird expires on March 21st, 2022.
Business Centre
The MTCC offers printing services at their Business Centre. Should you require their services, don’t hesitate to contact the MTCC at print@mtccc.com. For onsite printing, prepare materials in advance, and deliver them to your booth or show office during move-in.
Exhibit Times
Friday, April 1 – Saturday, April 2, 2022

Set Up/Tear Down:
- Move In: Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 6:00-8:30 pm alternative time Friday, April 1, 2022
at 0630-0715 AM - Move out: Saturday, April 2, 2022 no later than 5:30 pm
Exhibitor Name Badges
To ensure company representatives will have their badge ready for pick up at the time of the conference set up, please complete the Exhibitor Representative Form.
Please complete representative registration no later than Monday, March 14, 2022.
Booth Information
Your booth will be provided with the following:
- 1x6ft table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- MTCC carpeting
- One standard 120 V outlet*
*Exhibitors will be responsible for providing their own power bars and extension cords.
