Registration and Payment is Online. Payment is accepted by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 10 Business days prior to the start date of the course.

For the Webinar Series

• Cancellations prior to 30 days – a processing fee of $75.00 CAD (plus HST) will be retained.
• Cancellations less than 30 days – 100% of the registration fee will be retained.

For the Workshop

• Cancellations 31 days prior – a processing fee of $150.00 CAD (plus HST) will be retained.
• Cancellations 30 days – 10 days – a processing fee of $325.00 CAD (plus HST) will be retained.
• Cancellations less than 10 days – 100% of the registration fee will be retained.

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Registrations are not transferable.

The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded; however, the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
