Webinar Registration Fees
- Physicians, Other Health Professionals: $495, plus HST
- Resident* or Fellow*: $195 plus HST

Registration closes at 1:00 PM EST on the Friday prior to the first webinar of the series.
Course materials are only sent by email. Please ensure you provide a monitored email address.
Workshop Registration Fee
- $695, plus HST
Registration and Payment is Online. Payment is accepted by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 10 Business days prior to the start date of the course.
For the Workshop
- Cancellations 31 days prior – a processing fee of $150.00 CAD (plus HST) will be retained.
- Cancellations 30 days – 10 days – a processing fee of 50% of the registration will be retained.
- Cancellations less than 10 days – 100% of the registration fee will be retained.
For the Webinar Series
- Cancellations prior to 30 days – a processing fee of 50% of the registration will be retained.
- Cancellations less than 30 days – 100% of the registration fee will be retained.
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Registrations are not transferable.
The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events cancelled by the University will be refunded; however, the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
