Dear Summit Registrants,
Thank you for your participation at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine’s Interprofessional Education-Interprofessional Practice Summit “Reaching the Summit: Leading the Way from Interprofessional Education to Practice”, held on December 2nd, 2014 at the Eaton Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. The Summit was a major success and was attended by over 150 guests from all health disciplines, affiliated hospitals, and from many academic health science centres across Canada, including senior hospital and Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care leadership.
As follow up from the Summit, we have completed the Summary of Proceedings Report and are both proud and pleased to share this with you as a permanent record of this outstanding day.
