Purpose

To bring together the University of Toronto and Hospital leaders, researchers, educators and practitioners to exchange knowledge and plan for the future of Interprofessional Education linked to Interprofessional Practice.

Objectives

  • To engage participants in dialogue and to share best practices in Interprofessional Education and Interprofessional Practice
  • To set new directions and goals for improving the links between Interprofessional Education and Interprofessional Practice in the Greater Toronto Area
  • To set priorities for the next 2-5 years in Interprofessional Education and Interprofessional Practice
