Reaching the Summit is a full-day, invitation-only event intended for key healthcare professionals and our Hospital, Ministry and Industry partners with an interest in Interprofessional Education linked to Interprofessional Care.
We are extremely honoured to have as our keynote speaker Dr. George Thibault, President of the prestigious Josiah Macy Jr. Foundation who has long championed and funded health equity and medical education reform in the United States. The priorities of The Macy Foundation through its’ programs, are striving to foster innovation in health professional education and to align the education of health professionals with contemporary health needs and a changing healthcare system.
Other distinguished speakers include Dr. Robert Bell, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and Ms. Suzanne McGurn, Assistant Deputy Ministry, Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
