Delegates are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

Individuals must also identify themselves as part of the UofT – Interprofessional Health Education and Practice: Reaching the Summit group to take advantage of the discounted group rates. Callers who do not identify their affiliation with the group will be quoted the prevailing rates and the hotel will not make any rate adjustments after check in. In the event that these individuals call in after the reservation Cut Off Date of November 4, 2014, reservations will be handled on a rate availability basis.

Reservations must be canceled before 4:00pm on the day of arrival in order to avoid forfeiting one night’s room and tax charges.

Parking

Daily Parking Passes (6am-6pm) at $16.00
Overnight parking for in-house guests is $29.00 for self parking and $39.00 per day for valet parking.
Parking rates are subject applicable taxes.
