Exhibit Times

April 4-5, 2019
Breakfast, Lunch, AM and PM break

Set Up:

Exhibits will be on the Convention Level foyer of the Hilton Downtown Toronto Hotel. Set up will take place from 1800-2000 on April 3rd. Please visit the University of Toronto Registration Desk for the location of your designated exhibit space at the time of set up.

Exhibit space will be pre-assigned. Every booth will be provided with a 6ft draped table, two chairs and one electric outlet, please remember to bring an extendable power bar.

Tear Down

Friday, April 5, 2019 no later than 1700 hours

Your booth number has been forwarded to Freeman. Every booth will be provided with a 6ft draped table, two chairs and one electric outlet, please remember to bring an extendable power bar.

Exhibitor Name Badges

To ensure company representatives will have their badge ready for pick up at time of conference set up, please complete the Exhibitor Representative Form.

Please complete representative registration no later than Thursday, March 21, 2019.

Shipping and Handling

You may choose one of the three alternatives:

    Complete the shipping form and forward directly to: FreemanTorontoES@freeman.com
  2. Ship all material directly to the Hilton Downtown Toronto, please label boxes with the name of the conference, delivery to the Varley Ballroom for April 3, 2019 1800 hours.

  3. Your staff may bring your booth material at time of set up
