The members of TAHSN Education and the Centre for Interprofessional Education (CIPE) are delighted to present posters that highlight exemplars and best practices of Interprofessional Education linked to Interprofessional Practice. Poster presenters are asked to provide specific examples of what has worked and what can be improved. This session promises to be a unique opportunity to share and exchange ideas, and showcase IPE and IPP initiatives in Toronto.
The theme for this session is: “interprofessional education, linked to practice, with exemplars and best evidence practices that demonstrate return on investment and impact on health outcomes”.
A dedicated poster viewing time has been set aside over the lunch period from 12:10 – 1:00 p.m.
