The Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program includes:
- Section 1 – Group Learning (e.g., conferences, workshops)
- Section 2 – Self-directed Learning
- Section 3 – Assessment and Feedback Activities

College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) – Mainpro+ Program
Mainpro+ includes:
- Certified Activities – such as live group learning or e-learning
- Certified Assessment Activities – such as practice audits or simulations
- Non-Certified Activities – self-directed or informal learning

Certificate Programs
- Certificate of Completion – minimum 39 hours
- Advanced Certificate of Completion – minimum 80 hours
