After your program concludes, you will be required to upload documents to the Post-Program section of the accreditation application portal. Required documents include:
- Registrant List: Submit a list of all participants in Excel format using the provided template.
- Evaluation Summary: Upload a summary of program evaluations, featuring both speaker scores and compiled comments for the overall program.
- Final Program or Agenda: Include a digital copy of the final program or agenda. This can be a document or link to a live webpage.
Other documents, such as sponsorship agreements, speaker disclosure forms, and promotional material, must be retained and be available for audit purposes.
