Once your application is submitted, our Accreditation Specialist will begin an initial review focused on Accreditation Standards and Ethical Requirements. If any clarification or additional materials are needed, we’ll reach out to the Program Director or Administrator by email.
Requested updates should be added directly to your application using the “Adjustments” button on the application website.
Multi-Step Review
Complete applications will undergo a series of reviews to ensure alignment with the National Standard, standards of the relevant physician college(s), and University of Toronto CPD policies.
We aim to complete the review process in approximately 6 weeks however incomplete or more complex submissions may take longer. We encourage you to reach out to us early on in the program planning process to confirm eligibility and clarify current standards for accreditation.
Once the review is complete, you’ll receive an email with the review decision and feedback from our reviewers.
