What’s Required in a Complete Accreditation Application?

To help us review your program efficiently, a complete application must be submitted through our online portal and include the following sections:

  • Program and Contact Information
  • Needs Assessment (both perceived and unperceived needs)
  • Summary of Target Audience & Scientific Planning Committee
  • Program Management and Financial Responsibility
  • Goals and Learning Objectives
  • Program Design
  • Assessment and Evaluation
  • Additional Mainpro+ and/or Royal College Section 3 materials (if applicable)

For some programs seeking Mainpro+ credits, program content (such as slide decks or e-learning modules) will also be required for review. We will contact you directly if required.

For planning purposes only, an off-line version of the application is also available (see template and guide).

Remember, it is not permissible to advertise or promote a program with accreditation statements or any wording such as “accreditation has been applied for” or “pending” prior to formal approval.
