To help us review your program efficiently, a complete application must be submitted through our online portal and include the following sections:
- Program and Contact Information
- Needs Assessment (both perceived and unperceived needs)
- Summary of Target Audience & Scientific Planning Committee
- Program Management and Financial Responsibility
- Goals and Learning Objectives
- Program Design
- Assessment and Evaluation
- Additional Mainpro+ and/or Royal College Section 3 materials (if applicable)
The following documents are required as part of your application:
- Relationship Disclosure Forms and slides for all Scientific Planning Committee members
- Complete Agenda with interactivity outlined (see template)
- Budget (see template)
- Evaluation Form (see template)
- Session Dates and Topics (for cohort-based programs)
For some programs seeking Mainpro+ credits, program content (such as slide decks or e-learning modules) will also be required for review. We will contact you directly if required.
For planning purposes only, an off-line version of the application is also available (see template and guide).
Remember, it is not permissible to advertise or promote a program with accreditation statements or any wording such as “accreditation has been applied for” or “pending” prior to formal approval.
